Gareth Phillips is the Caribbean Regional Facilitator and President of LIFE Bible College in Jamaica. He has spearheaded the development of emerging leaders in his country, creating formal training opportunities as well as informal training sessions. Now called Next Gen Empowerment Weekends, he now leads a committee of international scholars in producing materials to support leaders worldwide. He is married and has three children, all of whom are emerging leaders at various levels.
Russell W. Joyce is the national director of church planting for Foursquare USA and the senior pastor of Faith Center in Eugene, Oregon.
He is the author of the book "His Face is Mine" and co-host of the podcast "Jesus Himself" with his friend and colleague, Dr. AJ Swoboda. Originally from Raleigh, North Carolina, Russell holds a Master of Divinity degree from Duke Divinity School. He currently lives with his wife, Anna, and their two sons, George and Simon.
Janeth Leon is the National Leader of the Foursquare Church in Venezuela, overseeing and directing its growth and development nationwide.
Joel Arreola is the senior pastor of Casa De Fe, a multicultural and multigenerational church dedicated to ministering to people of diverse nations in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. In addition to his pastoral leadership, he is actively involved with Foursquare Mexico, overseeing church planting initiatives in the southern part of the country. At FMI, he provides regional support in Latin America as a mobilizer of emerging leaders for the Americas, overseeing the development of various events that aim to equip, mobilize, and connect emerging leaders.
Aaron Hunter has been in full-time ministry since 1998, serving as a youth pastor in the United States and as a missionary and pastor in Mexico, Honduras, Chile, and now MedellÃn, Colombia. He holds a master's degree from Life Pacific University and is a certified life coach. He serves as the Global Associate Director of the Americas for Foursquare USA. He is married to Francis, and they have four children: Ezra, Alysha, Emma, and Asher.
